1.Flame Ionisation Relay

The ZIDU flame ionisation and detection unit is a device that detects the flame by means of ionisation/ rectification. The flame Ionisation/rectification system is an electrical process that causes a low-level DC current to be conducted from the flame rod through the flame, and back to ground. 24 V AC current is applied to the flame rod/sensor in one direction and the AC current is rectified to pulsating direct current and measured using the FIDU unit. This current ranges from 1 micro amps to 20 micro amps. It will be amplified ZIDU unit and flame on/ off signal is generated. This unit is designed as per EN-298. This units are used in below application.

2.HEI Spark Modules

The High Energy Ignition modules mountable on DIN bar, with a power discharge of 2J and 4J. This module is feed at 110VAC or 230VAC 50/60Hz and has a normal operating voltage of 1kV. HEI modules generate a spark to ignite a fuel-air mixture in burner pilot’s igniters and Flare Pilots.

3.HT Transformer

High Tension Transformer is suitable to ignite explosive mixture and is useful in FFG application systems and Burner HT ignition System. It is made with a high-tension ignition transformer with 8kV output. Very performant and simple to use, is suitable to ignite explosive mixture and very useful in FFG system of the Flares.

4.Spark Plug

It could be use for ignite flares pilots, boiler burners and heater burners.
